Katrina, a Florida native and University of South Florida graduate with a B.A. in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, has called the DMV home since 2015, building on a 15-year career in federal budgeting and finance. A lifelong athlete, she values teamwork, camaraderie, and dedication—qualities that also shine through in her passion for helping others. From volunteering with children in need and the homeless to working with the suicide hotline, Katrina has always been driven by a deep sense of compassion and commitment. Raised by military parents, hard work and perseverance are second nature, and she brings that same drive to real estate. Blending her strong professional background with a down-to-earth, approachable personality, she’s both a skilled negotiator and a trusted advocate, making sure every client finds not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
