Olivia goes by her English name which she was given during college, but Nurgul is her birth name which means light and flower in Uyghur and other Turkish languages. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems from Victoria University in Australia. Her professional journey began at the National Australia Bank and continued with Centrelink, part of Services Australia, where she served as an Interpreter and Translator for five years. Fluent in Uyghur, English, and Chinese, she used her multilingual abilities to bridge communication between the agency and recipients—supporting access to vital services like housing, healthcare, disability, and financial assistance. It was an incredibly rewarding chapter of her life. After relocating to the United States, she devoted several years to caring for her husband and two young children. During this time, she discovered a growing interest in real estate, which led her to pursue licensing and formal training. She is excited to be part of a dynamic and supportive team, and is committed to providing exceptional service to every client.
