Let’s start with the layout of your abode. Residents can choose from 11 different layouts, ranging from the one bedroom, one bath, Lorton (682 sq. ft.) to the spacious two bedroom, two bath, Potomac (1,164 sq. ft.). Layouts can be customized to include a balcony or patio and a den if desired; there are 124 total units within the community-- all with spacious closets and designed to maximize your space.

Now that we’ve covered the living options, how about delving into the food scene? While every layout comes with a kitchen, some of you may want to dine out more often. After all, who really wants to wash dishes and clean up after you cook? Whatever you enjoy eating or however often you’d like to dine-in at our facilities, Aspire will customize a dining plan for you. There are dining credits available to purchase and tailor to your eating habits. 

Choose your style of dining and also the time with the state-of-the-art facilities. Residents may choose to dine-in at The Grille at Belmont restaurant, which features patio dining and chef-prepared menus with locally-sourced, fresh ingredients throughout the year; The Royals Private Dining Room, which is available for your own private events; or the full-service bar and grab-n-go bistro at The Aspire Tavern. Whatever you’re in the mood for, you’ll be able to satiate your hunger for not only food but the atmosphere you prefer as well. Not to mention, Aspire is only a short drive to Washington, D.C., where you can discover any type of food you desire. 

When residents aren’t eating or sleeping, they can find a myriad of entertainment and activity options to fulfill all of your wellness needs: social, intellectual, spiritual, and physical. The Occoquan Art Studio provides an outlet for your creative side, while you can catch a show or film at The Cardinal Theater if you’d prefer. The Montclair Salon & Spa is available to pamper you with a variety of services as well, and you can take a class or get personal training from the state-of-the-art fitness center. Everything at Aspire is designed to help you thrive and fully live out your golden years. 

Aspire is pet-friendly, but there are plenty of opportunities to socialize with two-legged friends as well. Gazebos, fire pits, patios, and community meeting and game rooms all lend themselves to a variety of social activities with which to fill your calendar. If you have a green thumb, you may prefer to spend your free time in the greenhouse, or you may want to take a quick dive in the indoor, open-air pool-- whatever you’re in the mood to do, you’ll be able to indulge yourself in said activity at Aspire. 

Walking paths and scenic views are plentiful at Aspire, as the community is built between the Occoquan and Potomac Rivers, to get your body moving, but if you want or need to travel into the city-- or just about anywhere-- there are concierge transportation services available. The developers have all of your possible wants and needs in mind. There are even storage lockers available for rent if you’re not quite ready to downsize. You can size-up your skills at a variety of games, such as bocce or chess, or read any of the thousands of titles available in one of Aspire’s two libraries-- you’ll find something to keep you busy and engaged.
